CASE STUDIES & FIELD TESTS

Lessons from the field.
Evidence before a headline.

A field test should make the question, method, result, and limitations visible.

What belongs in a field test

A useful case study states the question, starting conditions, test setup, observation period, result, confounding factors, and the next decision. It makes enough of the method visible for another operator to understand the conclusion.

No invented outcomes

Verified case studies are not yet published in this edition. We will not use illustrative numbers, generated quotes, or mock screenshots as evidence of business results.
