Test the customer experience

Order a sample using the same fulfillment route your customer would use. Record placement, dispatch, tracking updates, delivery, packaging, and product condition.

Keep photos and timestamps. Separate what you observed from what the supplier promised.

Use consistent evaluation criteria

Score every candidate against the same requirements. Set the importance of each criterion before reviewing the results.

Check specification accuracy, delivery expectations, useful tracking, support response, and documented replacement responsibilities. Treat an unresolved failure in a critical requirement as a reason to pause.

Keep limitations visible

One sample is not a guarantee of future orders. Repeat checks as volume, product variants, or shipping destinations change.

Maintain a backup plan for stockouts and exceptions instead of relying on a single supplier promise.

Put it into practice

Make the assumptions visible. Use your own current costs in the free calculators, and read our evaluation methodology before using a recommendation.

This is a planning framework, not a scored product review or a report of first-hand testing. Verify current platform terms and product details with the provider before committing.
