Use AI for a bounded job

A useful workflow has a clear input, a defined output, and a way to check quality. Start with grouping support questions, drafting copy from verified product specifications, or turning notes into a checklist.

Avoid asking a model to invent product claims, predict demand with certainty, or make customer commitments without your policy and review.

Design a reviewable process

Separate source gathering, transformation, and approval. Keep references to the original material and require outputs to identify missing information.

Use verified product facts or redacted operational notes as inputs. Specify the output format and prohibited assumptions. Compare material claims against the source. Measure completion time, correction rate, and usefulness.

Expand after the small test works

Run a representative batch and record failure cases before automating the process. Success on one attractive example does not establish reliability across exceptions.

Keep a person responsible for publishing, customer commitments, and policy-sensitive decisions.

Put it into practice

Make the assumptions visible. Use your own current costs in the free calculators, and read our evaluation methodology before using a recommendation.

This is a planning framework, not a scored product review or a report of first-hand testing. Verify current platform terms and product details with the provider before committing.
