Separate ideas from evidence
Use AI to generate research questions and organize customer language. Treat demand, supplier quality, and profitability as hypotheses until you verify them.
Keep a source register containing each observation, its source, the date checked, and the limitations of that evidence.
Build the research loop
Gather verified product specifications, customer questions, competing offers, fulfillment constraints, and supplier quotes. Ask AI to categorize this material without adding facts.
Look for a recurring customer problem, calculate a complete landed cost, and identify claims you can support. State what evidence would make you stop testing the idea.
Make the decision outside the model
Write the decision in your own words: the evidence, the uncertainty, the smallest useful test, and the maximum budget.
Do not treat a generated score as a substitute for judgment. Retain the sources and assumptions so another person can review the decision.
Put it into practice
Make the assumptions visible. Use your own current costs in the free calculators, and read our evaluation methodology before using a recommendation.
This is a planning framework, not a scored product review or a report of first-hand testing. Verify current platform terms and product details with the provider before committing.
