Use your actual market terms
Seller availability, category requirements, fees, and campaign terms may differ by country and change over time. Confirm your current terms before using a fee in your model.
Treat creator commissions, distribution, discounts, and fulfillment as separate costs so you can see which assumption drives the result.
Find maximum acquisition cost
Break-even acquisition cost equals net selling price minus product cost, shipping, variable fees, and the return allowance. This is a limit before fixed overhead and tax, not a target profit.
If a creator commission is a percentage of selling price, include it with percentage fees rather than counting it twice as a fixed acquisition cost.
Stress-test the offer
Run lower-price, higher-return, and higher-acquisition-cost scenarios. Use consistent definitions when comparing campaigns.
Set a budget and stop condition in advance. Reach and views do not automatically become profitable orders.
Put it into practice
Make the assumptions visible. Use your own current costs in the free calculators, and read our evaluation methodology before using a recommendation.
This is a planning framework, not a scored product review or a report of first-hand testing. Verify current platform terms and product details with the provider before committing.
