Build the complete cost per order
Include base production, every print placement, packaging, shipping, channel fees, payment fees, and an allowance for replacements. Keep tax collected on behalf of an authority separate from revenue.
Obtain a current quote for the exact product, destination, and fulfillment arrangement. A starting catalog price is not a complete order cost.
Calculate before choosing the price
Contribution per order equals selling price minus variable costs and acquisition cost. Contribution margin equals contribution divided by selling price.
Subscriptions, design work, and other fixed overhead still have to be paid from contribution. Compare multiple prices and volumes in the calculator.
Check the real customer experience
Order your actual design on a sample product. Evaluate print quality, fit, packaging, and delivery before selling.
Decide how defects, exchanges, and support will work, and reflect their expected cost in the model.
Put it into practice
Make the assumptions visible. Use your own current costs in the free calculators, and read our evaluation methodology before using a recommendation.
This is a planning framework, not a scored product review or a report of first-hand testing. Verify current platform terms and product details with the provider before committing.
